Return & Refund Policy
We follow an 'Open Box Delivery' policy to ensure product authenticity and prevent tampering. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please return it to Elegance.com.bd, and we will arrange a replacement subject to the following conditions.
1. If you notice any issues with the product (damage, defect, or wrong item) immediately after opening the box, please take clear photos or videos as proof and report the issue to our hotline (+8801776774422) or message us via our Facebook page inbox.
2. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any support for issues reported after the delivery has been completed. We sincerely apologize for this limitation.
3. Used or swatched items, as well as liquid, semi-liquid, and clearance sale products, are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4. The return policy will not apply if the product seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
5. If a product was ordered by mistake, the customer will be responsible for returning the incorrect item to our address and bearing the delivery charges for resending the correct product.
